I realized I have some rules that I follow. These rules aren’t set by anyone but myself, and I inherently follow them, often without realizing. Overall, having this set of rules keeps me grounded and I avoid walking out of the house regretting my decisions. I try to keep it as effortless as possible because I hate taking a long time, staring at my options in the closet, trying to figure out what to put on that day.
