Thanks for visiting! The shirt is actually an old Gap chambray, which I mentioned in a previous post: http://www.effortlessgent.com/the-endorsement-the-chambray-shirt/

Not sure if they still make this particular one (got it several years ago) but on the plus side, they make a ton of different ones now, in various colorways. Hope that helps!

I'm really late on this post, but new to the blog (great work). Like the pants, but I'm more curious to know, where you got the shirt you wore with them.

I agree; I have a white oxford from J.Crew that has taken a beating yet still looks great. I'm sure these pants will go great with them. I have a pair of nantucket red shorts that I wear with them all the time. Thanks for the suggestion!

I ALWAYS feel that way in South Beach. I tend to break out the Go-To-Hell apparel and it feels perfectly fitting. Maybe it's the art deco vibe, the humidity and pounding sun, the electricity running through the streets... not too sure. I feel infinitely more experimental there than I do when at home in SF. Hope you had fun!

Awesome pants!

I'm also with you in regards to being able to where certain pants/clothes in certain cities. I just got back from South Beach last night. I was there with the lady for a week. We both wore things that we normally would not wear.

A nice well-worn white oxford pretty much works here too. I wear with a pair of nantucket red chinos so I imagine it'd work with the orange.

Additionally, I feel that it takes a certain kind of city to wear it in. In Miami, I felt all right doing it. San Francisco? Not the same, so much.
